Position Overview At Hunter Douglas, we are looking for high-potential MBA graduates to join us. This full-time role begins with a four-month, high-visibility strategic project—personally sponsored by our Executive Leadership Team—that allows you to apply your skills to a real business challenge and make an immediate impact. Following the project, you will transition into a full-time role within the business that aligns with your skills and our strategic needs—giving you both the opportunity to learn our business and accelerate your career path with Hunter Douglas. What you'll do Three weeks of onboarding Kick off of one week onboarding to meet with local teams and participate in targeted learning sessions to set you up for success. Global Induction at our HQ, offering an in-depth introduction to our company's strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem-solving approaches. Opportunities to connect with Senior Leaders and other MBA Hires Take ownership of a strategic project that drives measurable impact and aligns with our important business goals After your four months is completed, you will be placed into an area of the business. Below are examples of projects that MBA Hires' have worked on in the past: Partnered with a large retailer to launch a new premium innovative shopping experience. Research best practices and new marketing technology to build a global e-commerce center of excellence for the conversion stage of the customer journey. Led commercial excellence by optimizing go-to-market strategies and expanding into new markets with a focus on e-commerce. Led a business case for a potential payment process integration across the dealer network and oversaw its implementation. Product Manager for a new digital platform aimed at boosting dealer efficiency and sales Created a top line growth and dealer strategy for a region, then scaled the approach nationwide by creating a playbook. Qualifications A full-time student completing an MBA program with an expected graduation date of June 2026 3+ years of professional work experience which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA program, or 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA program. MBA's must be located in any of our major location hubs which may include Atlanta, GA, Broomfield, CO, Irvine, CA, or New York, NY Have the ambition and readiness to work hard to become a leader in our global company.
