Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.<br><br>Experienced Advisor Onboarding is a team that centrally manages direct support for account opening and asset transfer activities as well as providing training and guidance to all levels of brokerage industry associates. The team provides direct support to Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) business channels: Private Client Group [PCG], Wealth Brokerage Services [WBS], Wells Fargo Financial Network and First Clearing.</span><br><br><b>In this role, you will:</b></p><ul><li><span>Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Coordinator. The Change Implementation Coordinator supports newly hired experienced advisors and their teams by transitioning their book of business and providing support and training during the transition period. This position supports these WFA business channels: Private Client Group [PCG], WBS, Wells Fargo Financial Network and First Clearing.</span></li><li><br><span>Change Implementation: Covers jobs that are responsible focusing on preparing, equipping and supporting individuals (internal and external) to adopt and use the changes which includes the design and implementation plans for business changes, products, and transformations.</span></li><li><span>Provide assistance at all levels including onsite account opening, asset transfer, paperwork, account review, and analysis to ensure compliance and identify action items, rejections, and irregularities</span></li><li><span>Review transition process, forms and documentation, Centralized Asset Transfer call,  onsite and remote transition support and training plans</span></li><li><span>Manage the ongoing relationship with the new advisor and branch during the transition period</span></li><li><span>Provide onsite and remote training and support to Financial Advisor and support team</span></li><li><span>Act as subject matter expert and key liaison between the practice, home office support, and business partners including consulting to best serve the new Financial Advisor and client</span></li><li><span>Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members, including onsite shadowing, and ongoing mentoring of new team members</span></li><li><span>Recommend solutions for complex issues, related to the client, advisor, platform, and process</span></li><li><span>Assist in maintaining training materials and manuals and quick reference materials</span></li><li><span>Conduct instructor-led training sessions for newly onboarding advisors and sales associates</span></li><li><span>Recommend and implement improvements to process and procedures</span><br><br><b>Required Qualifications:</b></li><li><span>2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</span><br><br><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></li><li><span>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important</span></li><li><span>Experience providing support to client facing employees</span></li><li><span>Strong conflict resolution skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to troubleshoot operational issues</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a time sensitive and often pressured environment</span></li><li><span>Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, systems and procedures</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy</span><br><br><b>Job Expectations:</b></li><li><span>Ability to travel up to 90% of the time</span></li><li><span>Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled</span></li><li><span>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.</span></li><li><span>This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
