<p><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Imagine360 is seeking a Client Implementation & Contracts Specialist to join the team! </strong> The Client Implementation & Contracts Specialist leads onboarding and implementation for Imagine360 reference-based pricing (RBP) clients, including new client implementations and plan changes for existing clients. This role serves as the primary contact for assigned RBP groups and is responsible for the preparation, execution, and maintenance of RBP and non-RBP administrative service agreements (ASAs), related documentation, and ongoing system setup and maintenance. This position reports to the Sr. Implementation Manager, Client Implementation.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>Position Location: </u></strong><u>100% remote</u></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Lead all aspects of the implementation process for new clients, including coordination of contracts, ID cards, plan documents and system setup work.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Support the drafting, tracking, execution, and maintenance of RBP and non-RBP client agreements. Serve as a subject matter resource for contracts and implementation-related documentation and help to drive process improvements to the overall contracting process.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Manage a high-volume caseload of clients in an organized, efficient, and timely manner.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Coordinate and facilitate plan changes for existing clients.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Complete Salesforce and Visova system setup and maintenance for new and existing clients.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Serve as a primary point of contact for third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding implementation activities and processes.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Identify implementation issues, resolve them when appropriate, and escalate as needed.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Prepare reports and provide status updates to internal teams and external partners.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Participate in or lead implementation calls and internal meetings as required.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Participate in and lead training sessions for TPA partners and new clients on implementation processes.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Monitor and triage emails received in the team Outlook inbox to ensure timely resolution or appropriate routing.</span></li> <li style="line-height:120%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned by Sr. Director or Sr. Manager.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>Required Experience/Education:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">High school degree or GED</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>Preferred experience:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">1-3 years of healthcare insurance related or similar experience preferred</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>Skills and Abilities:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:10pt;">Possess ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multitask and to meet tight turnaround times.</span></li> <li
