<p>As an Epicor FP&A Consultant, you'll work with diverse clients across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail and automotive. You will have a variety of client-facing responsibilities such leading implementation of FP&A solutions with new customers, diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, and formulating and making recommendations.</p><p></p><p><b><b>What You Will Be Doing:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Implement Epicor Solutions’ suite of FP&A software products for financial reporting, budgeting and planning, profitability, and consolidations for our Epicor customers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Train customers on functional and technical matters related to Epicor’s FP&A products</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advise customers on best practices for financial reporting, budgeting and planning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Specialize in report writing in Epicor FP&A and build complex reports from scratch</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a liaison between the product management team and the user community</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain the integrity of the sensitive customer data in line with policies and controls</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve in a business advisory role through your knowledge of consolidation and statutory reporting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage end-to-end projects and train end-users</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and ensure FP&A projects remain in scope and quote additional services as needed to assist in customer’s successful adoption of product.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What You Will Likely Bring:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in financial reports, accounting, budgeting or financial planning and analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements (end of month, quarter end, year end)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of accounting, consolidation with multiple GAAPS, statutory reporting and accounting standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of finance business processes, including forecasting, budgeting cycles, and corporate reporting requirements across multiple departments and divisions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Management reporting , understand and knows Cashflow mapping, EBIT, EBITA and so on KPI calculations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A demonstrated resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced knowledge of Excel</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with large sets of data</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong attention to detail and good planning and organization skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong skills in critical thinking</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support others</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience interacting and communicating with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients</span></p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to travel up to 25%</span></p></li></ul><p><br><b><b>What Could Set You Apart:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related discipline</span></p></li><li><p><span>3+ years experience implementing financial reporting and performance management tools like (OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik, Jedox, Board, DSPanel)</span></p></li><li><p><span>2+ years consulting experience preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Salesforce / Financial Force</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Epicor ERP Software or Similar ERP Software</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-SK #LI-REMOTE</span></p><p></p><div><p><b><span>About Epicor</span></b><span> </span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span><span>At Epicor, </span><span>we’re</span><span> truly a team.
