Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic remote team as Data Encoders. As a key member of our virtual operations department, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems to support a range of business functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in digital databases.

  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Perform regular data quality checks and report discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data integrity.

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.

  • Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.

  • Meet daily or weekly data entry targets while maintaining high accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM with 95% accuracy).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, data processing, or similar administrative role preferred.

  • Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • New graduates with excellent computer and typing skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule with full-time and part-time shifts available.
