This role oversees national and regional distributor partnerships, drives revenue growth, expands brand presence, and ensures Momentec Brands is positioned as a preferred supplier within the promotional products industry. The Director will develop channel strategies, manage key accounts, coordinate cross‑functional support, and ensure operational excellence across all distributor‑related programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required): Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the Promotional Product Distributor channel. Establish annual sales targets, channel KPIs, and performance metrics. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform channel strategy. Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, promotional programs, and targeted sales initiatives. Identify new distributor opportunities and expand Momentec Brands’ presence within the promotional products market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews, performance assessments, and growth planning sessions with distributor partners. Support distributors with product education, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools. Partner with Finance to ensure margin targets and profitability standards are met. Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing support for distributor partners. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance the distributor experience. Lead and mentor Promotional Product Sales team Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Ability to travel domestically as required (estimated 25–40%). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales, channel management, or account management, preferably within the promotional products, apparel, or sporting goods industries. Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively Demonstrated success managing distributor or reseller channels. Strong understanding of the promotional products industry, including distributor networks and buying groups.
