JOB SUMMARY

We seek a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and help us create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation platforms, lead generation, and lead nurturing techniques and can develop and implement successful email marketing, utilizing various media platforms, and work with multiple digital campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, automation workflows and SMS Campaigns, including designing and coding emails, creating landing pages, and setting up automated campaigns. Design and implement technical solutions to support company email strategies, driving automation whenever possible Manage lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns, including creating and managing landing pages, forms, and workflows within marketing automation platforms. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing, using data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and increase conversions. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and lead scoring models to increase lead quality and conversions. Develop and maintain an understanding of best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Working with the digital team to continuously feed the top of the funnel and remarket to leads, and potential and existing customers throughout their sales journey. Monitor and maintain the marketing automation platform (CRM), including managing integrations with other tools and ensuring data cleanliness. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with CRM including daily automated syncs, sends, ad-hoc imports and data extensions. Manage data cleansing, segmentation, and personalization for targeted marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Knowledge of B2B Marketing Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing (i.e. Excel) Experience with email marketing, landing page design, and lead nurturing campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of marketing best practices and experience using multiple media management tools. Understanding of lead scoring and lead management best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of graphic design software and tools (Adobe Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop Canva, etc) Experience creating digital media. SKILLS Creativity Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. Well organized and self-motivated. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and lead generation Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, etc, SalesForce, 365 Dynamics. Proficient with HTML/CSS; ability to create and code using furnished content and assets

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (reading, writing, and speaking) Ability to write professional correspondence.
