Subject Matter Expert/IP Sales Domain Expert(s)

We are seeking an experienced IP Sales Expert (IC - Independent contributors, Mangers and/or Vice Presidents) to join us as independent contractor for an AI Evaluation and DT SFT initiative. In this role, you’ll act as our ground-truth authority—auditing multi-step workflows, generating golden trajectories, and validating evaluation rubrics. Sourced candidates must represent elite professional enterprise sellers, rather than general data annotators.

Mandatory Specification Standards

Professional Seniority

Approximately 10 years of active, professional experience operating inside an enterprise sales environment.

Quota Achievement

Candidates must provide objective proof that they have consistently met or exceeded their quota targets for at least 4 of the last 6 quarters.

Seniority Mix Range

The 7-member cohort must reflect a balanced hierarchy of:

  • Individual Contributors (ICs): Quota-carrying active enterprise sellers.
  • Managers: Direct managers of quota-carrying sellers.
  • Executives/VPs: Leaders managing regional or global enterprise sales teams.

Standard Software Stack

Proven daily familiarity and administration skills in standard enterprise tools: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace (GSuite), and Microsoft Office.

Simulation Environments

Candidates must operate comfortably within testing sandboxes and simulate workflows across:

  • Originator Environment: Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, GSuite.
  • Mercor Environment: Zoho, Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, GSuite.

Core Competencies

Deep expertise in CRM administration, sales process management, complex pipeline tracking, data-driven reporting, and the ability to author professional, polished customer-facing artifacts (e.g., pitches, slide decks, and summaries) matching the "taste" of a senior business leader.

Nice-to-Have Background (Contigo Profile): While not a mandatory requirement, it is highly preferred

Two-Sided SaaS Marketplace Operations: Experience managing campaigns inside an AI-powered B2B SaaS creator network spanning 750,000+ creators and 7.5B+ reach.

Outcome-Based Campaign Tracking: Experience executing campaigns against strict contracted outcomes and performance targets, with real-time tracking of views, engagement, app installations, and registration metrics.

Cross-Application Troubleshooting Loops: Hands-on experience diagnosing flight issues and managing troubleshooting workflows that span Zoho CRM, Jira, Confluence, MySQL databases, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams, and GSuite.

Pay: $75.00 - $110.00 per hour
