This commitment is underpinned by McKesson’s focus on providing customers with the industry’s highest product availability, intelligent ordering capabilities and unmatched service accuracy. </p><p> <br>Join our team of leaders to begin a rewarding career. </p><p></p><p>We are in current need of a <b>Health System Account Liaison</b> that will support our field sales team in delivering the highest quality experience to our customers. In this entry level role, this person will regularly interact with key pharmacy personnel including Directors, Buyers and other pharmacy staff concerning our customer roadmap and resolving key customer issues.  </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with our health system customers to help manage the customer relationship and further develop existing business or accounts. </p></li><li><p>Manage customer satisfaction and support the field sales team in resolving problems in order to provide them time for strategic engagement with the Health Systems they are responsible for.  </p></li><li><p>Manage effective and proactive communication between Customers and various teams within McKesson to insure highest level of customer satisfaction (i.e. NPS.)</p></li><li><p>Perform sales and administrative tasks and procedures under supervisor direction on small to mid-size accounts. </p></li><li><p>Negotiate or navigate the contracting process.</p></li><li><p>Effectively observe, participate, and interface with customers directly to present products, solutions or services that can benefit the customer’s needs. </p></li><li><p>Design solutions to meet the needs of our customers. </p></li><li><p>Work on the customer roadmap with the field sales team to drive our renewal strategy forward. </p></li><li><p>Professionally and effectively interface with customers, the field sales team, internal and external team members, to handle a variety of customer support <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">functions.  </span></p></li><li><p>Spend majority of the time at customer sites. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirement</b></p><p>Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.</p><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><p>4-year college degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience </p><p></p><p><b>Travel</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to travel up to 75%  by car.</p></li><li><p>Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Critical Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Attention to detail, organizational and problem resolution skills. </p></li><li><p>Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change. </p></li><li><p>Advanced communications skills (1) Verbal Communication, 2) Non-verbal / Interpersonal communication, 3) Written <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Communications.  </span></p></li><li><p>Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer service. </p></li><li><p>Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.) </p></li><li><p>Healthcare or distribution experience preferred. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions</b></p><ul><li><p>Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.</p></li><li><p>75% travel within assigned territory.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
