Role Description

Are you looking to make a POSITIVE IMPACT on the lives of older adults and caregivers with the work you do? We are seeking compassionate, organized, and solutions-oriented On-Call Scheduling Coordinator to support our caregiving team during overnight, weekday hours. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of care, timely staffing support, and exceptional service for our clients and caregivers. The On-Call Scheduling Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for urgent staffing needs, call-offs, schedule changes, and caregiver support after business hours.

Your duties on a typical day may include the following:

  • Reviewing Shift Notes
  • Clocking Caregiver In and Out
  • Scheduling Replacement Caregivers for Call-Outs
  • Support Caregivers During their Shifts
  • Answering Client Questions
  • Bringing Ease and Comfort to Our Clients and Caregivers Day
  • Coordinate caregiver coverage to ensure uninterrupted client care
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and leadership teams
  • Escalate urgent concerns appropriately following company protocols
  • Support continuity of care and operational efficiency during overnight and weekend hours
  • Partner closely with operations and care teams to provide exceptional service
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • On a Rare Occasion - Visiting a Client

Requirements

  • You shall be available to perform your on-call Duties during the following periods:
    • Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays ending at 7:15 a.m. the following business day.
    • Staff meetings beginning at 9:15 am on each Monday - optional, 9:15 am on each Tuesday - optional, and Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm for a duration of one (1) hour.
    • There are no on-call responsibilities beginning Friday at 7 am until Monday at 6 a.m.
    • Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on any day preceding a Holiday and ending at 8:00 a.m. on the day immediately following that Holiday.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: You will be compensated $500.00, less applicable taxes and withholdings, per completed “Work Week” of on-call Duties performed.
  • This amount is intended to compensate you at the rate of $25.00 per hour for up to twenty (20) hours of work per Work Week.
  • These hours may fluctuate somewhat across the specific days within a work week but are not expected to exceed twenty (20) hours of actual work within a week.
