Role Description

Vicimus is looking for an Outbound Telemarketer (Private Sales) to join our growing team! The Outbound Telemarketer (Private Sales), which is part of the Business Development team, plays a critical role in growing the business within our organization. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and passionate individuals to join a fast-paced, high performing team.

  • Managing outbound communication:
    • Contact consumers on behalf of our clients, providing details regarding campaigns and marketing initiatives through phone, email, or SMS with the highest degree of customer service.
  • Coordination of appointments:
    • Scheduling consumer appointments to fit both the needs of the clients and the organization, specifically for our group of dealerships clients within the automotive industry.
  • Customer satisfaction:
    • Monitoring customer satisfaction and developing rapport with consumers, ensuring the utmost level of customer experience and professionalism.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately reviewing and entering all customers’ appointments, inquiries, and/or concerns into a system.
  • Performance:
    • Expectation of 120+ outbound calls per day with excellent verbal communication skills. Performs other duties as assigned or required by the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years customer service/sales experience required
  • Experience in a call centre environment
  • Post-secondary Education
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multitask
  • Automotive service background (preferred but not essential)
  • Preferred CRM database experience
  • Self-driven, likeable, and adaptable to change
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Have a positive attitude!

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00am to 7:00pm EST
  • Saturday (preferred): 10:00am to 6:00pm EST
