About the Opportunity

Willow Oaks Travel is seeking motivated individuals who love travel and want to turn that passion into income. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity not a salaried employment position.

As an Independent Travel Advisor, you’ll have access to the same professional booking tools, resources, and supplier connections used by full-time travel agents. You’ll receive training, marketing support, and insider access to travel deals allowing you to plan and book travel for yourself, your family, and your personal network while earning commission on qualified bookings.

There’s no cost to join, no sales quotas, and no prior experience required just an interest in learning and helping others travel better.

What You’ll Do

  • Use our professional travel tools to book hotels, vacation packages, and other travel services
  • Provide personalized recommendations and support to travelers
  • Complete a brief online orientation and follow company guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all bookings

What We Provide

  • Access to professional booking platforms and travel industry tools
  • Training and ongoing support from the Willow Oaks Travel team
  • Commission tracking and monthly payments for completed travel
  • A supportive network of experienced travel professionals

Compensation

  • Standard commission split: 50% to you / 50% to Willow Oaks Travel
  • Assisted bookings (complex trips): 30% to you / 70% to Willow Oaks Travel
  • Commissions are paid monthly, around the 15th, for completed travel

Note: This opportunity is currently not available to residents of California, Florida, Hawaii, or Washington.
