Overview Crocs is looking for an entrepreneurial Manager, Digital Marketplace – Social Commerce to lead our Social Commerce growth strategy across the North Americas region. This role will own the local Crocs social commerce strategy, developing platform partnerships, scaling creator programs, and building long-term growth opportunities. The Manager, Social Commerce will serve as a strategic lead for the region, combining marketplace expertise, data-driven insights, and strong partner relationships to grow the business and strengthen Crocs’ presence across social commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the US TikTok Shop business strategy, execution, and growth roadmap aligned to enterprise and digital commerce priorities.
  • Own day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including campaign planning, catalog, product launches, promotional execution, and performance optimization.
  • Build and manage relationships with TikTok Shop and key social commerce platform partners to drive innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Lead creator and affiliate commerce programs focused on scalable revenue growth and platform performance.
  • Serve as the voice of creator and affiliate reporting and insights, translating performance trends and marketplace learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to support forecasting, inventory alignment, promotional planning, and operational execution.
  • Own and report on key commercial KPIs including GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, affiliate productivity, and contribution margin.
  • Drive testing and optimization across merchandising, product storytelling, creator performance, and social commerce conversion opportunities.
  • Stay current on marketplace trends, platform updates, creator ecosystem developments, and emerging commerce capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of digital commerce experience, specifically in social commerce, marketplace, or affiliate commerce environments.
  • At least 2+ years of leading others.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, creator ecosystems, affiliate marketing, and social-first conversion strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketplace initiatives across marketing, merchandising, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate marketplace and creator insights into action.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting performance updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and highly collaborative environment.
