Long-Term Contractor | Home Services & Local Lead Generation

About Us

We are a growing marketing agency specializing in contractor-based businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other local service companies.

We're looking for an AI-forward Meta Ads Growth Specialist to own the success of our clients' Meta advertising campaigns. This is a long-term contractor position for someone who enjoys both the analytical side of media buying and the creative side of building ads that convert.

This role combines campaign strategy, optimization, creative development, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with our team but will be the primary owner of Meta advertising for a portfolio of local service clients.

If you love testing ideas, analyzing data, creating compelling ads, and continually improving results, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Media Buying

- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns for multiple contractor clients.

- Create campaign strategies focused on generating qualified leads—not just clicks or impressions.

- Develop structured A/B tests for audiences, offers, messaging, and creative.

- Monitor campaign performance and make proactive optimizations based on data.

- Scale winning campaigns while identifying and correcting underperforming ads.

- Ensure proper tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and other best practices.

Creative Development

- Design high-converting static ads, carousel ads, and promotional graphics.

- Edit engaging short-form video ads using technician-filmed smartphone footage, testimonials, before-and-after videos, and motion graphics.

- Create multiple creative variations with different hooks, headlines, offers, and calls to action.

- Refresh creatives before performance declines due to ad fatigue.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, copywriting, and creative production while maintaining high quality.

What We're Looking For

You have experience owning Meta campaigns from strategy through optimization—not just one piece of the process.

Ideal qualifications include:

- Proven success managing Meta Ads for local lead generation.

- Experience with contractor or home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) is highly preferred.

- Strong portfolio of Meta ad creatives (images and videos).

- Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused creative.

- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and reporting.

- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.

- Ability to analyze campaign data and quickly translate insights into stronger creative and better results.

- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow to improve efficiency and output.

- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

What Success Looks Like

You're equally comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager and your creative editing software.

You don't simply report on campaign performance—you identify opportunities, test new ideas, and continuously improve results.

You understand that great Meta advertising comes from the combination of strong creative and smart optimization, and you enjoy owning both.
