Job Description Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities/Technology Technician to lead equipment maintenance and technology operations across our Nevada restaurant locations. This role blends hands-on care of commercial cooking equipment with tech-savvy troubleshooting, ensuring our kitchens and systems run smoothly from Carson City/Hawthorne to Elko/Ely. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Equipment Lead and maintain commercial cooking equipment to golden standards across all NV restaurants Direct and complete preventative maintenance on all equipment Order and ensure availability of parts and equipment Partner with Operations and Facilities Supervisor for new or updated equipment needs Communicate equipment standards and updates to restaurant teams Utilize and update the company’s work order system; maintain inventory of parts and tools Technology & Systems Complete Technology Travel Paths Install and update technology hardware and software Monitor, prioritize, and complete open support tickets Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently Open and complete any required work associated with support tickets Attend necessary trainings, meetings, and conferences Stay current with hardware/software processes via the OTP Portal Track, develop, and train Field OTPs Manage and audit hardware inventory Communicate respectfully and effectively with both field and office staff Paid Training We invest in your growth with hands-on, specialized training in: Avo Henny Penny Taylor OTP Once all credentials are acquired, employees are expected to maintain and renew them as required to remain in good standing.
