Title: Oracle HCM Compensation Cloud Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Cloud Consultant to join our team for a 6-12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will lead/assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle Compensation Cloud modules for enterprise clients. This is an onshore role based in Seattle, WA with expected travel once per month to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Compensation Cloud, including Compensation Workbench, Individual Compensation, and Total Compensation Statements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Compensation Cloud configurations
- Configure eligibility profiles, plan types, compensation components, budgets, and worksheets
- Design and build compensation cycles, salary/grade structures, and bonus plans
- Develop fast formulas for complex compensation calculations and defaulting logic
- Support data migration activities for compensation data using HDL/HSDL
- Conduct CRP/UAT sessions, train end users, and provide post go-live support
- Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and Core HR teams to ensure seamless integration
- Troubleshoot issues, apply patches, and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates

Required Qualifications:
- ship required - no exceptions
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Compensation Cloud
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Compensation, Core HR, and Benefits modules
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Compensation Plans, Individual Compensation Plans, and Total Compensation Statements
- Proficiency in Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL, and OTBI/BIP reports for Compensation
- Experience with compensation budgeting, allocations, and approval workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with HR/Finance stakeholders
- Willingness to travel once per month for client workshops/meetings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation certification
- Experience with Advanced HCM Controls, Redwood UX
- Knowledge of US compensation practices, FLSA, and pay equity regulations
- Integration experience with third-party payroll/benefits systems

Additional Details:
- Location: Must be able to work onshore in Seattle, WA. Hybrid flexibility available
- Travel: Approximately 1 week per month
