  • Flag any agent performance concerns or escalating issues to brokerage leadership in a timely manner
  • Maintain a consistent and professional weekly schedule so agents can reliably book and depend on your availability

  • Self-directed and professional — this role requires strong time management and the ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Prior coaching, mentoring, team leadership, or training experience in real estate is a plus but not required

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will earn $50 per completed one-hour coaching session, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit based on sessions completed and tracked through our scheduling platform.

  • 30 calls per week = $1,500 per week
  • Monthly earnings = $6,000
  • Annual earnings = $72,000
