Qualifications

  • You currently reside in Canada
  • You to have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care
  • Registered with the NANB and the province where you live
  • Have a passion for helping patients
  • You'll also need strong communication, triage and critical thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous call centre experience is considered an asset
  • A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply
  • Must pass a background check

This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
