About the position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for individuals experienced in PC gaming, gameplay recording, screen capture workflows, input logging, and structured gameplay session completion. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on gameplay recording, player behavior documentation, screen capture quality review, structured gaming sessions, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will complete assigned gameplay tasks, record sessions using designated software, follow setup instructions, and upload completed files according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Play assigned PC games for structured recording sessions, typically ranging from 15 to 60 minutes
  • Complete gameplay tasks involving exploration, basic interactions, task-based play, and open-world activity
  • Record gameplay sessions using designated screen capture and input logging tools
  • Follow session instructions carefully to ensure recordings meet project specifications
  • Ensure gameplay recordings are clear, complete, stable, and captured with the correct settings
  • Maintain smooth performance, stable FPS, proper screen visibility, and usable recording quality
  • Install and run required recording tools on a personal Windows computer
  • Troubleshoot basic setup issues related to screen capture, input logging, file output, or upload readiness
  • Upload completed gameplay recordings and related metadata to designated storage platforms
  • Follow naming, file organization, and submission instructions accurately
  • Confirm that each session includes the required gameplay activity, recording quality, and supporting information
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across submitted sessions

Requirements

  • Regular experience playing PC games
  • Access to a reliable personal Windows computer
  • Comfort installing and using screen recording or capture software
  • Reliable internet connection for uploading large video files
  • Familiarity with games such as Minecraft, open-world games, exploration-based games, sandbox games, or task-based gameplay
  • Strong attention to detail when following setup instructions and recording requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
  • Practical gaming experience, comfort with PC setup, and ability to follow technical instructions are highly relevant

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience recording gameplay for YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, tutorials, game clips, walkthroughs, or testing purposes
