About the Role

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Investment Banker to join their fully remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and corporate finance from the comfort of their home office. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex financial transactions, structuring deals, and managing client relationships across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage M&A transactions, including origination, structuring, valuation, and execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and other stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive financial models, pitch books, and valuation analyses. Conduct due diligence, negotiate transaction terms, and oversee closing processes. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client mandates. Provide strategic financial advice to clients on capital raising, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives. Mentor and train junior members of the investment banking team. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions impacting the financial industry. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors in a remote setting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of investment banking experience, with a proven track record of successfully executing M&A and capital markets transactions. Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote client interaction. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in financial software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
