THE ROLE

Social media is how NoGigiddy speaks to the world — and we need someone who knows how to make the world listen. As our Social Media Manager, you'll own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, building a community of people who are done with the 9-to-5 grind and ready to earn on their own terms. No degree required — just a real feel for what performs and the discipline to post consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across all major platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish content daily — including captions, graphics, and short‑form video
  • Engage with the community: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice
  • Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with the content and design team on campaigns and launches
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and report weekly
  • Identify and engage with influencer and creator partnership opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • No degree required
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
  • Strong copywriting instincts — you write captions people actually read
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
  • Comfortable creating basic graphics in Canva or similar
  • Data-aware — you look at what's working and double down
  • Reliable and consistent — social media doesn't take days off
