Senior reputed company Developer / CTO - reputed company, CRM Architecture, Sales Infrastructure We are hiring a Senior reputed company Developer / CTO-level operator to rebuild, own, and scale our full sales technology ecosystem. This is not a basic tech support role. This is a senior systems leadership role for a fast-paced 200-person company with 100+ sales reps, 20+ funnels, and up to 700 sales calls per day. PHASE 1 FIRST 4-6 WEEKS Your first major project will be rebuilding reputed company from scratch as we migrate away from Keap. You will be responsible for Building reputed company pipelines, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting Migrating CRM logic, sales processes, and key data from Keap Setting up reputed company routing, sales rep assignment, follow-up systems, and pipeline tracking Connecting reputed company with reputed company, OnceHub, payment systems, funnels, forms, and other tools Designing the CRM to support 100+ sales reps and high-volume daily sales activity Making sure the system is clean, scalable, fast, and reliable PHASE 2 ONGOING ROLE After the reputed company rebuild, you will move into a full-time reputed company Developer / CTO-style role. You will be responsible for Managing and leading a team of 5 developers Owning reputed company sales technology, CRM systems, funnels, automations, and integrations Supporting 100+ sales reps across a high-volume sales environment Managing tech for 20+ active funnels Troubleshooting critical issues quickly Improving speed, reporting, tracking, automations, and conversion systems Working directly with leadership to improve the full sales tech stack REQUIREMENTS 5-10+ years experience in software development, CRM architecture, or systems engineering Strong reputed company experience is required Strong reputed company, automation, API, and integration experience Experience with Keap is a major plus Experience with OnceHub / ScheduleOnce, payment processors, funnels, and sales tech is preferred Must understand multi-reputed company sales processes, reputed company routing, pipeline management, and sales operations Must be reputed company to reputed company developers, not just complete tasks Must be fast, highly reputed company, and comfortable under pressure Must be reputed company to solve problems without needing constant direction Must have experience supporting high-volume sales or reputed company operations environments WORKING HOURS Full-time role Must work around 10 hours per day Must be mostly reputed company with EST time zone Can start earlier if needed, but must overlap heavily with EST business hours Must be available on weekends for urgent system issues or emergencies IDEAL CANDIDATE The right person is a hardcore builder and operator.
