The Sales Administrator communicates with internal team members at all levels, effectively establishing and building working relationships. </p><p><br><b>Position responsibilities</b></p><p><b>CRM Support:</b><br>-  Handle ticket creation and monitoring for CRM changes and improvements</p><p>-  Perform user acceptance testing </p><p>-  Respond to CRM inquiries regarding functionality and record review and issues</p><p>-  Manage data hygiene: merge and delete records, coordinate with CRM product team on data retention processes</p><p>-  Lead monthly communication and projects with contracted resources</p><p>-  Submit new user license requests, including profiles and permissions</p><p>-  Handle ad hoc sales requests</p><p><br><b>Sales/Operations Support:</b><br>-  Sales Resource Center uploads, updates, and changes</p><p>-  Create and manage documentation</p><p>-  Lead monthly all sales calls – deck development, communication, and call logistics</p><p>-  Logistical planning coordination for sales summits.</p><p>-  Monthly sales newsletter communications, development, and distribution</p><p>-  New hire hardware/system requests</p><p>-  Project and implementation management support as needed</p><p>-  Enrollment team administrative support</p><p><br><b>Partner Support:</b><br>-  Partner knowledge base additions and updates.</p><p>-  Assist with high-volume data entry </p><p><br><b>Skills you will need here:</b></p><p><b>Required</b><br>-  A minimum of three years in customer service or a related sales support role</p><p>-  A minimum of two years’ working knowledge of CRM applications; Salesforce preferably</p><p>-  Coachable, self‐starter, collaborator, critical thinker, positive, can‐do demeanor</p><p>-  Excellent time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously</p><p>-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>-  Excellent organizational skills</p><p>-  Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook</p><p>-  Comfortable in a fast-paced environment</p><p><br><b>Preferred</b><br>-  Experience with case/ticket management software</p><p></p><p>Cengage is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals.
