The team develops digital solutions that support Deloitte businesses, service lines, and internal operations. In this role, that foundation is applied to Core Tax product development, with an emphasis on advancing technology capabilities that support operational effectiveness and strategic growth.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Required:<br><br><ul><li>15+ years of experience leading enterprise software product delivery, product development, or engineering programs</li><li>8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, architecture, and operations</li><li>Experience owning product roadmaps, release planning, and delivery execution for tax, finance, regulatory, or compliance technology platforms</li><li>Experience managing portfolios, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across multiple workstreams</li><li>Experience using Agile delivery methods and software development lifecycle controls for enterprise applications</li><li>Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.</li><li>Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.<br><br></li></ul>Preferred:<br><br><ul><li>Experience leading product development for tax technology platforms</li><li>Experience working in a professional services organization or large enterprise internal technology organization</li><li>Experience with cloud modernization, application integration, and workflow automation</li><li>Experience partnering with tax leadership to translate business requirements into product capabilities</li><li>Experience using product, delivery, and operational metrics to drive prioritization and investment decisions</li><li>Experience leading managers or senior individual contributors across multiple teams<br><br></li></ul>The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
