About the position

This position is part of the Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) Organization. Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. AWS is seeking a Senior Worldwide Specialty Seller to drive our Connect partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Connect solutions across our Systems Integrator (SI) and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) ecosystem. Amazon Connect services work backward from the needs of customers to provide a broad array of AI-powered customer experience services that deliver personalized service across all channels (voice, email, chat, IVR) utilizing flexible access to data and applications to deliver exceptional customer and agent experiences. Amazon Connect is AI CCaaS (Omni-Channel, IVR, Analytics, Cases, Tasks, Customer Data Profiles, and more). As a Senior Worldwide Specialty Seller, you will strategically build mind share and adoption of Amazon Connect practices across our strategic SI and GSI partners — both existing and new. You will own and drive GTM strategies for Amazon Connect SI/GSI partners, developing and implementing key programs and initiatives to drive revenue and customer adoption. You will ensure enterprise customers select AWS as their cloud provider for customer experience solutions via these consulting partners, while growing partner-attached revenue and expanding partner delivery capabilities. You will strategically identify Connect opportunities within the SI/GSI ecosystem, build and manage pipeline, lead Connect solution discussions with partners and their end customers, collaborate with our Connect field teams to qualify and validate how and when we deliver our services via SI/GSI partners, oversee successful customer implementations, and own sales cycle and business goals for your territory. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships at senior levels within SI/GSI organizations, and managing strategic interactions with these stakeholders, you will drive top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption and value through partners. You will work independently with our SI/GSI partners, go-to-market strategy, and business development leaders to develop and implement strategic support, co-programming, and portfolio engagement to increase middle and tail of funnel outcomes and accelerate seller cycles in the field. You will also lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in marketing, solutions architecture, and business development to execute a consistent coverage model, go-to-market strategy, and goals for the AWS Connect partner business across the SI/GSI segment.
