The Strategy Manager, 360 Solutions reports to the Senior Strategy Manager, 360 Solutions and is responsible for executing against defined vertical strategies and the 360 framework through disciplined delivery, cross functional coordination, and partner test and learns. This role is focused on operationalizing strategy—turning direction into results—by running pilots with EGA’s largest partners and working with Product and Technology to scale successful solutions.

This role does not set end‑to‑end strategy but plays a critical part in making it real: driving execution, managing complexity, and ensuring learnings translate into repeatable, scalable solutions.

In This Role You Will:

Strategy Execution in Support of Vertical Priorities

  • Execute against vertical strategies and the 360 framework as defined by the Senior Manager, ensuring solutions are applied consistently and adapted appropriately for partner needs.
  • Translate strategy into concrete deliverables, including solution concepts, execution plans, partner materials, and test frameworks.
  • Maintain and update 360 solution playbooks, incorporating learnings from partner pilots while preserving standardization.

360 Product Test‑and‑Learn Delivery

  • Own day‑to‑day execution of 360 product test‑and‑learns with EGA’s largest and most strategic partners.
  • Partner closely with Sales and the Partnership Growth team to support pilot solution design, partner alignment, and clear articulation of objectives and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution with eStudio, Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Supply, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Retail, and Brand teams to launch and manage tests.
  • Track performance, synthesize insights, and clearly document learnings and recommendations for iteration or scaling.

Cross‑Functional Execution & Scaling

  • Serve as the primary executional point of contact across teams, managing timelines, dependencies, and handoffs.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to help transition successful pilots into scalable, productized solutions.
  • Provide structured inputs into prioritization discussions, informed by test results, partner feedback, and operational considerations.
  • Support the development of repeatable processes and workflows that enable efficient delivery of 360 solutions at scale.

Industry & Partner Context

  • Develop working knowledge of advertiser verticals, partner goals, and market trends to inform execution and improve solution relevance.
  • Apply insights from partner conversations and performance data to continuously improve solution quality and impact.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Marketing, Client Solutions, Media Planning, Client Success, or Program/Project Management within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong execution and program management skills with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating within defined strategic direction while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Effective collaborator who builds trust with Sales, Product, and Technology partners.
  • Analytical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to assess performance and translate insights into action.
  • Clear, structured communicator who keeps work moving and stakeholders aligned.
  • Experience in digital advertising, media, or travel‑adjacent industries strongly preferred.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
