Job Summary:

Accenture is hiring System and Application Services Associates, an ideal entry-level opportunity for graduates from non-engineering backgrounds who are interested in IT-enabled services, business operations, and system support roles. Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the business function and role allocation, your responsibilities may include:

1. App / Cloud Engineering Support:

  • Support infrastructure, cloud services, and application deployments
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate where needed

2. Project Control Services:

  • Assist project managers with tracking deliverables, timelines, and status reports
  • Use tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, or project management dashboards

3. IT Helpdesk / Support:

  • Provide first-level support to internal teams or clients via chat, email, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users accordingly

4. Test Execution:

  • Execute predefined test cases, report defects, and log test results
  • Assist QA teams with system validation and documentation

5. Business Process Support:

  • Work on data entry, reporting, auditing, or backend support processes
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Full-time graduate degree (BCA, BSc, BBA, B.Com, BA, BMS, etc.)
  • Year of Passing: 2023 or 2024 (as per current hiring batch)
  • Academic Record: No active backlogs at the time of application
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn
