Job Summary: The Taco Bell Crew Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU

will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life. They are part of the team that makes our great products. Essential Duties:
  • Taking orders & preparing food.
  • Assisting in resolving any service or food issues.
  • Greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service all the time.
  • Using the correct tools to prepare, build and present perfect food.
  • Serving food that meets our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests.
  • Delivering quality products within company standards for speed.
  • Ensures food-safety standards are always maintained.
  • Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
  • Using various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment.
  • Answering questions about menu items and promotions face to face and drive-thru windows.
  • Cleaning and stocking as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: A successful candidate will have a clean and tidy appearance, good work habits and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to understand and execute order instructions, as well as read and comprehend training and safety materials relevant to the position. Education/Experience: Prior work experience in a food or customer service position desirable, but not required.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
  • 16 years old or older
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to lift 10-50 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist.
  • Must have good manual dexterity to be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
  • Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
