Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and empathetic Telehealth Representative to join our growing remote team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment. As a Telehealth Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance with scheduling, inquiries, and general support during evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for patients via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Schedule telehealth appointments and manage patient follow-ups, cancellations, and reschedules.
  • Guide patients through the virtual consultation process and address any technical or procedural questions.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure all information is accurately documented.
  • Manage confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions using CRM and telehealth platforms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet patient satisfaction goals and uphold company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Doxy.me).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a remote environment.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a telehealth or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • This is a remote, part-time role with flexible scheduling focused on evenings and weekends.
  • Evening shifts typically range from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (local time).
  • Weekend coverage includes Saturdays and Sundays, with varying shift availability.
