Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Operations Coordinator with a strong focus on logistics to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our logistics operations, providing critical support to our transport and warehousing divisions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to coordinate operations.
  • Process and manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery notes.
  • Utilize logistics software and platforms to optimize routes, schedule deliveries, and manage inventory.
  • Generate reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional support to clients regarding their shipments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a logistics, operations, or administrative role.
