Job Summary:

The Elite Job is offering an exciting opportunity for female freshers to start a career in HR & Recruitment from the comfort of their homes. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for working with people, and an interest in talent acquisition, this role is perfect for you. You will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment operations. No prior experience is required � training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms to guide them through the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Support HR teams in administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all applicants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment platforms.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required � freshers are welcome!
  • Candidates with internship or academic experience in HR will have an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible work schedule � part-time and full-time options available.
  • Must be available for at least 4-6 hours per day for part-time roles.
  • Full-time shifts follow standard business hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR functions (preferred).
  • Ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
