Have you built your career around developing leaders and supporting growth — yet find your ability to create real impact limited by organisational structures or competing priorities?

Do you enjoy guiding people, influencing thinking, and facilitating meaningful change — but feel your role is often restricted to implementation rather than strategic influence?

If you are a proactive, self-directed professional who thrives on developing others, leading strategic conversations, and working with greater autonomy, this role may be worth exploring.

About the Role

This is a high-commitment, independant leadership role designed for an individual ready for a significant professional shift.

With a collective leadership history spanning more than 25 years, including 15 years under our current global brand, we are a recognized leader in applied professional development and success education.

Operating across more than 100 countries and supported by an established international leadership network, this framework provides the right individual with systems, training, and professional support to build an independent consulting‑style practice while contributing to the development of others.

The environment suits individuals who are proactive, comfortable initiating professional conversations, and motivated to take ownership of their performance and results.

Core Focus of the Role

  • Professional Outreach & Identification Engage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies.
  • Consultative Conversations Conduct structured professional discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and professional readiness (training and systems provided).
  • Onboarding & Mentorship Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship.
  • Global Professional Collaboration Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals.

Ideal Professional Profile

  • Experience: 7 years of senior-level professional experience in leadership development, learning and development, coaching, consulting, organisational development, or other people-focused leadership roles.
  • Accountability: A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations.
  • Mindset: A self-motivated "Big Thinker" seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a direct link between effort and outcomes.

Professional Structure

  • Results-Based Compensation: A professional structure where focused professional effort is directly reflected in outcomes, offering direct performance-based earnings without a corporate ceiling.
  • Proven Framework: Full access to comprehensive on-boarding, elite training, and ongoing global mentorship.
  • Total Autonomy: A location-independent working model with a modular, self-directed schedule.
  • Growth Ecosystem: A professional pathway aligned with long-term leadership growth, not short-term roles.
