The Social Programming Temp will be responsible for populating B/R's social feeds with the best and most viral sports content across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and new platforms. They will curate and publish content generated by others (UGC), highlights and interviews in the most endemic way possible to those platforms. Role Accountabilities...Be keenly aware of what's happening in the sports world, especially the NBA/NFL/CFBIdentify content that will engage with our audience on our social platforms (primarily IG and X)Edit, package and hook footage in a way suited specifically to each platformIdentify the latest trends before they're mainstreamCover sports events as they're happening (weekends/night) Qualifications & Experience...0-2 years of professional experienceDeep knowledge of NBA, NFL and CFB-on and off the fieldActive consumer of the latest trends and editing stylesAbility to edit video specific to TikTok and YouTube ShortsAwareness of Bleacher Report's voice and content-what we cover, and howSkills: Video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut)Bonus skill: Understanding of Meta and X platforms; Knowledge of hockey, NASCAR and tennisAbility to work nights and weekends How We Get Things Done... Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $40,768.00 - $75,712.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
